Tri Challenge 2026

Sport Otago's Tri Challenge returns to Forsyth Barr Stadium on July 28, 29 and 30.

Gather a team of three from your workplace and take on this indoor relay challenge. One team member rows 1.5km on a rowing machine, one rides 3km on a stationary exercise bike, and one runs 1.5km around Forsyth Barr Stadium to bring your team home.

Designed to get workplaces moving during winter, our Tri Challenge is a great way to step away from the desk, connect with your colleagues and enjoy some friendly competition. It's suitable for a wide range of fitness levels and is adaptable for all abilities.
