WATER SKILLS FOR LIFE

Water Skills for Life is a national initiative developed by Water Safety New Zealand. It equips children aged 5–13 with essential water safety and survival skills to reduce drowning incidents and promote safe participation in aquatic activities.

Sport Otago, with support from Water Safety New Zealand, is offering funding to help Dunedin primary and intermediate schools deliver Water skills for Life swimming and water safety lessons.
