Get ready for a fun day out with whānau and friends at our All Abilities Amazing Race – designed for the whole community to take part in and enjoy.
Brought to you by Sport Waitaki and Halberg Foundation, the All Abilities Amazing Race will be held at Weston Park on October 11, starting at 1pm.
Collect stamps as you make your way around Weston Park completing a series of interactive challenges and activities led by different community organisations. Enter by yourself or team up with friends and whānau for a fun afternoon of sport and active recreation.
Whether you are competitive, or just keen for a fun day out, this event is all about connection, community, and having a go. Move at your own pace!
The All Abilities Amazing Race has been designed with accessibility in mind, the course (which is a mix of gravel pathways and grass) is adaptable and we have an outdoor wheelchair available if required.
Registrations
Registrations open at 12pm. The registration area will be set up beside the Valley Clubrooms. Save time by registering online through the link below!
Parking
When you arrive, come to Weston Park from the Charles Street entrance. Limited parking available, with some accessible parks set aside.
