Facilities For Sporting Groups

Sporting bodies can use our meeting rooms by booking in advance.  Our seminar room is equipped with a data projector, electronic white board, sound system, and can be laid out to suit your needs.  There is also a connecting kitchen with full facilities.  Use of the room is free to non-profit groups.  This room is available on evenings and weekends as well as during the day.  On-site parking is available for night and weekend meetings, with ample metered parking available nearby during week days.  The room is fully accessible via ramp and lift access, although there are not currently fully accessible toilets in the building.  For further information or to make a booking contact us on 03 474 6350 or This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. We also have two other meeting rooms that are available during business hours on weekdays.  The board room seats up to 12, and the meeting room is suitable for up to 4 people.
