Amanda has been at Sport Otago since November 2007. Her key responsibility is to ensure that Sport Otago’s profile, programmes and services are effectively promoted in the wider Otago community. As a graduate from Lincoln (Parks and Recreation Management) and Otago (Marketing), she comes from a background in community recreation, working in recreation provision and marketing both in Christchurch and more recently, with Recreation Services at the University of Otago. She loves working in the recreation sector and is enthusiastic about the role that sport and recreation plays in people’s lives. Amanda enjoys a range of activities including hockey, golf, walking, but most of all, having fun racing around with (and after!) her young family. |
